Overages, Shortages, Mis-shipments Notifications of any overage, shortage, or mis-shipment is required within fifteen (15) days. Any claim not made within this period is conclusively deemed waived by Buyer.
Returns
- Products are not eligible for return after 90 days of the original invoice date, except for defective products. If the product is not returned before 90 days, the RMA will be cancelled, and the product will no longer be eligible for return.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returns between 31-90 days from the original date of invoice.
- All returns must have an RMA acknowledgment attached to the returning shipment.
- Special order/non-stocked products are not eligible for return,
- Authorized returns must be in its original sealed packaging and is subject to inspection. Any return that has been inspected and found to be unsellable, will not be eligible for return,
- Customer will pay for shipping costs to return product (excluding items shipped in error).
- If the delivery of goods exceeds 30 days of the promised delivery date, you can cancel your order and request a refund. However, if you choose to keep the item that was delivered late, you lose your right to get a refund for it.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by carrier at the time of the shipment. Claims or loss of damage to the contents should, therefore, be made upon the carrier. Berenson Inc. will assist to support the claim. |
